Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cyber Security Project Engineer. The Cyber Security Project Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining application security, cybersecurity, network security, and information security, and performing vulnerability assessments. The role also involves collaborating with IT teams and stakeholders to develop and execute security strategies and initiatives.
Qualifications
- Application Security, Cybersecurity, and Network Security skills
- Information Security and Vulnerability Assessment skills
- Experience in implementing and maintaining security measures
- Strong knowledge of industry best practices and standards
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CEH
- Prior experience in the Government or defense industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field
