This individual will be responsible for:
· Installation, configuration, maintenance, and compliance of hardware and software systems, primarily Microsoft 365 enterprise suite administration.
· Responsible for routine system monitoring and maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance.
· Management and maintenance of network infrastructure, primarily UniFi.
· Assist with security patch management to ensure SLA compliance.
We are actively speaking with applicants that have:
· 5+ years of IT Administration experience
Preferred skills include:
· Windows and Mac operating systems knowledge.
· Azure, Microsoft 365, Jira Cloud, Confluence, Proofpoint PPS, Vonage Business VoIP, Zscaler Internet Access, Tenable/Nessus.
· Backup and recovery solutions exposure.
· Virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
· Networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
Education:
· Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
