About The Position
This Senior Manager position will lead and manage consulting projects within the Global Strategic Accounts & Innovation (GSA&I) business unit and will be responsible for the execution of consulting projects that contribute to the success of the business unit and of Great Place To Work and UKG overall.
We are looking for an experienced leader, and who has a track record of successfully delivering large-scale, high-impact consulting services to C-suite buyers. A successful candidate thrives in a very fast-paced and highly agile environment, is an excellent listener and thought partner, espouses a growth mindset, and operates from a belief that great ideas can come from anywhere. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage small- to medium-scale projects or complex workstreams, including acting as day-to-day contact for the client, developing the project plan, engaging resources and producing or managing the production of deliverables, ensuring client satisfaction, effective project management, and strong communication and collaboration with the client and between project team members.
- Advise clients using Great Place To Work’s research and point of view and deliver practical recommendations that consider the client’s business and context. Experienced as a trusted advisor to mid-level and executive contacts.
- Accountable for ensuring outstanding client experiences. Manage client expectations and ensure project team members are sufficiently enabled to meet client expectations.
- Manage a team of early to mid-career team members. Set performance standards and ensure the team meets standards of excellence and achieves their performance goals.
- Effectively deliver work through others and actively seek opportunities to develop direct reports and project team members through timely feedback and project-based coaching.
- Has a deep understanding of Great Place To Work solutions, product offerings, frameworks, delivery tools, and processes to deliver innovative solutions for clients aligned with our core research areas, such as workplace trust, leadership behaviors, employee resource groups, maximizing human potential, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
- Contribute to thought leadership; contribute to the creation of new Great Place To Work services, products, and intellectual property that align with our Mission and the business unit’s vision, strategy, and financial targets.
- 20% travel; includes international travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in organizational development, industrial psychology, HR, DEIB, or similar
- 5+ years of experience leading small to medium-scale consulting projects with C-suite buyers.
- 5+ years leading teams with a strong track record of delivering excellence and getting work done through others.
- Track record of success delivering non-standard solutions for large, complex global organizations
Preferred Qualifications
- An inclusive collaborator with strong influence skills and a demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly and develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and across an organization.
- Alignment with Great Place to Work® Values, guiding behaviors, and Mission.
- Work experience in a top-tier professional services firm is a plus.
- International/multi-national work and client experience is a plus.
- Aptitude and interest in the creative ambiguity that accompanies designing and building a new practice within an existing organization.
- Team player who can effectively toggle between leader and follower, between owner and contributor, and between mainstage and backstage roles as required to achieve desired outcomes.
- Outstanding communication skills (listening – active, written – clear & professional, and oral – genuine & articulate).

The pay range for this position in Colorado, New York, Washington, and California is $109,000 to $156,700, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and location. This position is also eligible for a short-term incentive and a long-term incentive as part of total compensation.
