We are currently focusing on improving energy wind turbines efficiency by up to 35% and reducing cooling requirements on electronics chipsets. In addition to these efforts, we are also developing applications in Solar Panels (Cooling), Atomotive (Cooling/Heating), Agriculture (Sanitization), Aeronautics (Aerodynamics efficiency) and Space (ionic propulsion).

We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technical team and drive the development and launch of our hard tech products.
Position Overview:
The CTO will be responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the company, ensuring the successful development, implementation and commercialization of our plasma actuator technologies. The ideal candidate will have a robust technical background, preferably with a PhD, and extensive experience in developing and launching hard tech products. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of plasma technology, exceptional leadership skills and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the company’s technological vision and strategy, aligning with business goals and market demands.
- Oversee all aspects of product development, from conceptualization to commercialization.
- Drive the research and development of new plasma actuator technologies and applications.
- Manage and mentor a high-performing technical team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, and marketing, to ensure cohesiveproduct development and launch.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions.
- Represent the company in technical conferences, industry events, and client meetings to promote our technology and capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and intellectual property rights.
Qualifications:
- PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior technical leadership role, with a proven track record in developing and launching hard tech products.
- Deep expertise in plasma technology and its commercial applications.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from R&D to market release.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Experience in securing patents and managing intellectual property.
- Proven ability to think strategically and execute methodically.
