Job Description
Symposia is seeking a driven and experienced Sales Account Executive (AE) to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth by cultivating strong client relationships and securing deals.
What you'll do:
- Collaborate with qualified leads to understand their needs and challenges.
- Deliver compelling presentations that showcase the value proposition of Symposia's solutions.
- Leverage your product knowledge and negotiation skills to close sales calls and secure client agreements.
- Foster long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service and ongoing support.
- Meet daily touchpoints by maintaining a productive calendar and making follow-ups.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless sales experience for clients.
You're a great fit if you have:
- 3+ years experience selling B2C high ticket services (experience in selling boot camps, courses, and coaching programs is a plus).
- A proven track record of exceeding sales goals and quotas.
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to connect with clients on a personal level.
- Excellent relationship-building abilities and a dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- In-depth understanding of consultative selling methodologies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (Hubspot, Aloware, Zoom, etc.)

On Track Earnings (OTE):
$192,000/year (commission-based)
