Clash Rush is an iGaming hub for PvP games where we aggregate player vs player (PvP) games ranging from casual, shooter, strategy, to even esports games, in one accessible platform, where gamers can play and compete against each other on cash.
Designed with the aim of levelling up the experience, our platform offers more than just gameplay. Players can delve into a multifaceted experience, where they can play on cash, earn native tokens, amass NFT items and rewards, engage in asset rentals, staking, trading , and much more.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join our passionate team and contribute to the development of our vision and project in the capacity of a Co-Founder & CTO role. In this key position, the CTO will be responsible for leading our technology strategy and development efforts while also acting as a project manager in the interim. The role also includes guiding the development of our gaming platform, optimizing our technological infrastructure, and ensuring successful project outcomes by managing timelines, resources, and team coordination.
In This Role You'll:
- Provide technical leadership and strategic guidance for our company, aligning technology initiatives with the our company's goals and vision.
- Lead, expand, and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and IT professionals, within a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Oversee project management for all technology initiatives to ensure delivery on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Apply project management best practices, including risk management and change management.
- Ensure the creation of robust, scalable, and secure gaming applications.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Game Designers to ensure that technological provisions meet the design and functional requirements.
- Maintain high standards for security and data protection across all platforms and applications.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations affecting the technology sector.
- Effectively communicate technology strategies to board members, investors, and non-technical partners.
- Serve as the technological face of the company in strategic meetings and industry conferences.
- Champion continuous improvement and innovation of our offering at the technological forefront of the gaming industry.
- Explore and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.
- Develop and manage the technology budget and timeframes for improvements and new projects.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CTO or similar senior-level role in the tech industry, ideally with exposure to gaming and blockchain.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, smart contracts, virtual machines, consensus algorithms, and cryptographic principles.
- Great understanding of technological trends to build strategy, including GameFi, web2, web3, DeFi, infrastructure, tokenomics, and blockchain.
- Experience in project management, such as overseeing large-scale IT projects from conception to implementation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to command respect and to create a sense of community amongst the members of the project teams.
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation.

Nice to Have:
- In-depth understanding of coding languages (e.g., C#, JavaScript) and frameworks/systems (e.g., AngularJS, Git).
- Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in smart contract development, such as Solidity, Vyper, or Rust.
- Familiarity with popular blockchain platforms and their smart contract ecosystems.
- Experience for being a gamer.
