Farmer’s Fridge makes fruits and vegetables accessible and approachable for everyone. We offer a variety of fresh, healthy, ready-to-eat meals and snacks through our fresh food vending machines, wholesale partners, and our office pantry solution — providing chef-curated meals to customers within seconds. Today, we operate a network of Fridges and partner with clients nationwide in high-foot-traffic areas, such as airports, hospitals, universities, and large office buildings — where there is limited accessibility to fresh, healthy, grab-n-go options.
We care deeply about what we’re creating and aspire to make sure our customers feel that through every touchpoint. This shows up in many ways across the business. We are committed to prioritizing food safety, we are passionate about product quality, we value our employees, we champion the best idea no matter where it comes from, and we’re committed to making an overall positive impact as we scale.
About this Role:
As the Senior Manager of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in (re)building the Farmer’s Fridge brand directly alongside the CEO and VP of Marketing to drive continued YoY growth. This role will lead all facets of the Farmer’s Fridge brand with a high level of autonomy from breakthrough communications to menu product strategy. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, acquire new customers, and retain existing customers while simultaneously managing the overall strategy and performance of our menu to build brand equity and drive long-term growth for the business.
In this role, you will build and lead a Marketing team spanning creative strategy, content production, base business management, and innovation strategy. You very likely have a background in Brand Management, but you also have experience in a high-growth environment that requires you to build tools, teams, and processes from scratch with limited resources. You understand the consumer… really understand the consumer. You ask questions, find answers, and build action plans to drive revenue and profit. You are equally right & left-brained - you have impeccable taste and care deeply about how your brand and products show up, but you also obsess over KPIs and data and have a proven track record of driving measurable business performance with a high-performing team.
If that sounds like a lot, it’s because it is! The Farmer’s Fridge brand is a beloved media darling with best in class owned & earned media for our size, and this role will play a critical role in (re)building it for the next stage of growth. This role brings the opportunity to lead the brand across all consumer touchpoints, and the perfect candidate is equally as excited by building and managing the strategic plan as much as they are excited by “doing all the things.” You will be at the center of some of the biggest decisions we make.

- Lead pricing and promotion strategies across product and channel tiers to maximize contribution margin across the overall menu mix
- Oversee the development of our consumer and client-facing IMC calendar to effectively drive sales through our customer funnel and activate our Fridges on-site across all verticals (Hospital, Office, Airport, Education) through effective comms, assets, and programs
- Menu Strategy & Innovation:
- Determine KPIs for menu item performance and customer metrics to inform our menu and merchandising strategy
- Use consumer, competitive, and marketplace data to build and lead the short-term and long-term menu strategy aligned with company objectives to grow the FF business

- Team Building & Cross-Functional Leadership:
- Set clear team goals and ensure we have the right people in the right seats with clear priorities that are aligned with overall business objectives
- Partner with the Channel Management, Sales, Finance, Analytics, Product, and Menu R&D teams to build our strategic plan, outline critical workstreams, and execute against them
- Strong communication skills that allow you to effectively manage both horizontally and vertically across an organization to keep multiple projects and priorities moving forward to achieve deadlines
- Synthesize data and strategy into roadmaps with tangible action steps, and effectively align & lead a team to execute and measure progress/impact
