The Director of PMO oversees the project management process including governance, team leadership, tracking and monitoring, prioritization, communication and quality controls over multiple ongoing projects supporting high-quality Identity and Access Management services. The individual should have a proven record of accomplishment of successful project delivery, an ability to improve project management practices and substantial team leadership experience with a focus on global team development.The ideal candidate is expected to bridge across consulting/implementation services, offering, and sales in supporting the implementation of our solutions while adhering to Simeio'sstandards and best practices.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Governance:

Establish the PMO role and create a Center of Excellence in alignment with Project Management Institute (PMI) guidelines, quality standards and company requirements.
Seek implementation efficiencies to meet or exceed the financial expectations established at project initiation.
Develops, maintains and enforces program and project management methodologies, standards, governance, and tools to achieve the clients' operational and financial and project quality goals
Monitor compliance with policies and project quality index standards.

Team Leadership:

Establish the PMO organization structure, hire and manage project staffing requirements in line with project objectives.
Coach and mentor project management practitioners and share knowledge of best practices.
Set quarterly and annual performance targets (KPIs) for direct reporting structure and conduct performance and quality reviews.
Oversee Project Managers for the delivery of projects/programs on time, within scope and on budget.
Demonstrate strong knowledge in industry specialty. Participate in professional organizations

Tracking and Monitoring:

Oversees portfolio of programs and projects by tracking and providing project status and audit reports.
Provide executive leaders with the information needed to assess and decide which proposals have the highest potential value, impact and strategic alignment.
Interface with executives to define project priorities, implementation opportunities, challenges and communicate project risks and opportunities.
Ensure projects are completed according to agree upon plans and milestones.
Manages Program / Project Management organization project profitability including revenue forecasting per project, billing reconciliations, expense reports and time approval for project work.
Ensure high Client Satisfaction (NPS) while managing escalations, risks, and issues working with other leaders taking corrective actions as needed.

Must Have Requisites:

10-15 yrs. experience in project management with at least 5 yrs. experience managing a PMO and/or management of a Project Management team.
PMP or PgMP highly desired.
Experience working with different project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, etc.)
Experience working with delivery assurance principles and appropriate procedures relevant to area
Experience working with techniques and approaches related to the architecture, development, integration, and deployment of project phases
Expert‐level knowledge of project and change management, methodologies, techniques, processes (e.g., Project and Portfolio Management Methodology – PPM).
Budget, cost and profitability management skills.
Knowledge of resource management tools (PSA)
