Position: System Administrator – Sandy Springs, GA (Onsite 5 Days)

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of server administration, network management, and end-user support.
The role is based in Sandy Springs, GA, and requires candidates to currently reside in Georgia.
Please note, no C2C arrangements are accepted. JAMF experience is a must.
Location: Sandy Springs, GA (5 days onsite)
Reports to: Director of IT Operations
Position Responsibilities:
- Configure and troubleshoot network and wireless infrastructure, Internet connectivity, and other technology systems.
- Perform server administration tasks such as user/group administration, security, permissions, group policies, and resource monitoring.
- Monitor the data center, manage hardware issues, and maintain server health.
- Oversee internal infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, and other network equipment.
- Work closely with the help desk and other teams for troubleshooting and technical support.
- Manage imaging and deployment of computers and mobile devices using JAMF.
- Maintain server, network, and wireless equipment, as well as printing infrastructure.
- Handle project management tasks, communicate project status, and maintain documentation.
- Provide ongoing technical support and resolve network infrastructure issues.
Required Experience & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in technology or computer science.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in server/network infrastructure and network security support.
- Experience with supporting Windows Server 2012/2016 and Ubuntu Server 16.
- Expertise in Cisco networking and Meraki (preferred).
- Strong troubleshooting skills with wired infrastructure (copper and fiber).
- Active Directory management experience.
- Proficient in supporting both Mac OS and Windows.
- Experience with server virtualization (VMware).
- Experience with cloud backup solutions.
- Familiarity with Meraki wireless solutions.
- Experience supporting Google Workspace for Education, Dropbox, and other cloud environments.
- Proficiency with JAMF device management and SSO solutions.
- Knowledge of network-connected multifunction printers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
