General Summary:
CyberFOX is a global cybersecurity solutions provider focused on identity access management (IAM) with their two flagship products in password management (Password Boss) and privilege access management (AutoElevate) specifically for managed service providers (MSPs). CyberFOX provides MSPs with solutions to monitor, manage and mitigate risks as components in their identity access management (IAM) strategy. CyberFOX enhances and tightens security practices for MSPs while simplifying and improving end-user experiences. CyberFOX and their solutions were built for the unique needs of today’s MSPs while providing simple affordable, practicable security.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Make 70 outbound calls daily to generate brand awareness, promote our cybersecurity solutions, and most importantly, schedule first-time appointments with potential clients.
· Log all leads and calls into HubSpot.
· Develop extensive knowledge of the Managed Service Provider Community.
· Manage prioritization of weekly to do lists and communicate status of initiatives.
· Communicate and collaborate with revenue operations.
· Oversee quality assurance within service delivery.
· Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
· A determined self-starter capable of delivering results consistently
· Experience working in the tech sector or in one of various roles: development or sales, is preferred, but not required.
· Background in the “MSP” industry is preferred, but not required.
· Integrity, advocacy skills and strong leadership experience.
· Ability to problem-solve effectively and expediently to meet the needs of leads/ clients.
· Ability to collaborate with leads in a manner that promotes excellence, efficiency, and top-notch customer service.
· Superior organization and communication skills with all stakeholders.
· Experience being a self-starter that shows initiative and can work independently.
· Ability to identify potential opportunities and problems, prioritize appropriately and manage stakeholders accordingly.
· Excellent communication, written and verbal are vital for communication via phone, chat,
· and email.
· Previous work experience in a sales role is a plus

Compensation
. Total Compensation for on target: $75,000
