Develop and execute global product strategy for Microsoft Windows solutions
Lead and manage migration from Windows 10 to Windows 11 with minimal disruption
Oversee and enhance MS Windows IT infrastructure for reliability, security, and scalability
Manage device security and compliance through Intune
Automate, configure, and manage systems using PowerShell scripting
Provide high-level service and support to stakeholders
Collaborate with IT, security, and operations teams for cohesive product management
Conduct training sessions on Windows 11 features and best practices
Monitor and analyze system performance, implementing improvements as needed
Support additional projects as required

Required Skills

Expert knowledge and/or certification in MS Windows
Strong experience with Intune and PowerShell
Experience in Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (advanced degree preferred)
Windows certified engineer degree preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT infrastructure management, especially with MS Windows
Strong project management, communication, and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
