Colovore is building the next generation of high-density data centers purpose-built for AI workloads. As enterprises and AI innovators push the boundaries of what's possible, Colovore provides the infrastructure to match—liquid-cooled, power-dense, and engineered for the future. With explosive demand across verticals like autonomous vehicles, biotech, finance, and hyperscaler AI labs, our business is scaling rapidly.
As we grow, our internal foundation is just as important as our physical infrastructure. We are developing modern systems that ensure trust, security, and compliance across the business. Colovore is a highly collaborative, execution-oriented team that values integrity, urgency, and transparency. This is an opportunity to be a key voice in shaping our security posture and operational resilience as we scale nationally.
We’re seeking a Chief Trust & Compliance Officer (CTCO) to join our executive team and lead our journey through security, compliance, and operational assurance. This is a rare opportunity to build Colovore’s trust and compliance function from the ground up. You’ll architect our policies and processes, drive our certification roadmap, and serve as a visible champion of customer confidence. From ISO 27701 to SOC 2 to HITRUST and beyond, you'll shape the security and regulatory foundation of the company and lead us through key audits and enterprise diligence processes.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the IT Director and technology leadership to ensure systems are secure, compliant, and audit-ready, including identity management, access control, vendor risk tracking, and data governance.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to embed compliance standards into facilities, systems, and procedures.
- Define and oversee the IT systems and tools required to support compliance monitoring, document management, policy enforcement, vendor risk tracking, and audit readiness.
- Establish and maintain incident response frameworks, business continuity plans, and disaster recovery programs.
- Serve as the primary liaison for customer security and compliance inquiries, due diligence, and vendor assessments.
- Represent Colovore’s compliance posture to customers, partners, investors, and internal leadership.
- Stay abreast of evolving regulatory trends, emerging risks, and customer expectations in AI and colocation environments.
