Company Overview:
We're an early-stage startup in NYC obsessed with a single mission: Make marketing operations fully autonomous. The real problem is that marketers burn 6 hours a day on operational tasks, and leaders (CMOs) rank process inefficiency as the #1 blocker to growth. Humans are really good at strategy and creativity, and we want them to do more of that.
We like moving fast and building like family (and hopefully you do, too), so we're assembling a founding team in NYC to do just that.
No salary until we close our ongoing pre-seed round; equity of course.
What You'll Own / Your Mission:
- Own the technical vision, stack, & roadmap.
- Ship the MVP.
- Assemble the technical team.
Who You Are:
- Strong technical background in AI infrastructure, machine learning, & the basics.
- Experience as a technical founder, founding engineer, or other experience you think trumps that.
- Passion for the problem we are solving, you learn obsessively, and will not wait for permission.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment + the occasional late night.
- You care about people first, code second, ego never.
What You'll Receive:
- Co-founder equity is commensurate with managing the entire technical organization.
- A front-row seat to rewriting how modern brands run marketing.
- 24/7 Access to "the studio" (I don't know if that's a good name, but I'm sticking with it for now).
- Access to a great advisory team covering all the main bases.
The Studio:
- 24/7 access to our studio @ 368 Broadway (Tribeca).
- Slightly remote friendly, but the studio's the main home.
- A lot of other cool perks that will be discussed in person.

No formal cover letter or lengthy application. Just be yourself. Of course, showcase your technical experience. Other than that, drop whatever you're proud of in your career. A few lines on why this problem fires you up. Anything else that makes you, you.
