Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
Summary: The System Analyst will be responsible for system administration, research, trouble-shooting and resolution. The role will include assisting with implementation and sales to present the products to prospects and partners. The System Analyst will ensure clients smooth transition from implementation to service with all applicable technologies. This position will ensure that best practices are used throughout all systems.

Essential Functions:
- Assist with technical issues and set up to facilitate transition from implementation to service.
- Support best function of the departments, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules.
- Testing and implementation of upgrades and updates
- Provide demonstrations of system capabilities for all stakeholders.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and guides
- Collaborate with internal staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommend and implement solutions.
- Identify risks or opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of services to the organization.
- Maintain knowledge of trends and development in providers, vendors, and technology.
- Perform other duties as required.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum two years of system administration in PrismHR.
- Experience with time and attendance, clientspace, PTO builds, PEO client accounting and benefit plan builds strongly preferred.
- Experience maintaining strict confidentiality of data and information.
- Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong planning and project management skills.

Normal Work Hours: Weekdays, 8am-5pm with an hour of unpaid lunch.
