We're looking for a hands-on CTO to architect and lead the development of our portal, integrating AI-driven features that streamline decision-making, automate processes, and enhance communication between internal teams and external partners.
Your Role- Build and lead the development of our AI-powered real estate platform
- Oversee all technical architecture, infrastructure, and third-party integrations
- Develop automation tools to connect our departments: finance, design, permitting, construction, and sales
- Work closely with the founder and internal teams to transform business processes into smart workflows
- Lead demos, technical presentations, and partner integrations
- Scale and manage an engineering team as we grow
You Should Have- Proven experience building scalable platforms or leading a product from 0 to 1
- Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools, APIs, and real estate tech (or willingness to dive in)
- Experience with full-stack architecture and cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Ability to translate business problems into tech solutions
- Excellent communication skills to work with business, design, and third-party teams
