Job Title: Chief of Staff to the Chief Information Officer

Position Overview
In this high-impact role, you will serve as the strategic right-hand to the Chief Information Officer (CIO), driving the execution of key technology and data initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth communication, alignment of priorities, and successful delivery of IT, data analytics, and digital transformation programs. Your work will have a direct impact on the success of the organization's technology-driven objectives.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Execution & Planning: Partner with the CIO to turn high-level strategies into clear, actionable plans across the IT organization. Coordinate the development and tracking of OKRs, KPIs, and strategic initiatives.
- SAFe Framework Integration: Facilitate collaboration across Agile teams and drive the execution of SAFe practices, including PI Planning, lean portfolio management, and continuous improvement efforts.
- Data & Analytics Enablement: Help shape and execute the enterprise-wide data strategy alongside data and analytics leaders. Support the delivery of analytics capabilities that drive business outcomes and promote a culture of data literacy.
- Operational Excellence: Identify and resolve obstacles to decision-making and execution. Oversee key projects to ensure optimal resource allocation, performance, and risk management.
- Communication & Leadership: Prepare high-level presentations, board updates, and internal communications for the CIO. Act as a liaison between IT leadership and key functional teams such as finance, HR, and legal, fostering collaboration across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in technology, strategy, operations, or consulting, ideally within healthcare, insurance, or financial services.
- Proven experience with Agile methodologies; SAFe certification (e.g., SAFe SPC, SAFe Agilist) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of enterprise data strategies, analytics tools, and digital transformation processes.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and executive presence.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, build trust across all levels, and operate with discretion.
