Role Overview:
We’re seeking a visionary and hands-on Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead our technology strategy and drive the development of cutting-edge healthcare solutions. As a key member of the executive team, the CTO will shape our tech roadmap, build and lead high-performing teams, and ensure our technology infrastructure supports our mission of revolutionizing wellness and patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
Technology Strategy: Define and execute the company’s technology vision and roadmap, aligned with TruVita Wellness’s business goals.
Product Development: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of digital health products, ensuring innovation, scalability, and user-centricity.
AI/ML Integration: Lead the development and application of AI/ML models to enhance patient care, data-driven insights, and personalized wellness solutions.
Infrastructure & Security: Establish and maintain a secure, reliable, and scalable technology infrastructure, with a focus on data privacy and regulatory compliance.
Team Leadership: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering and product team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional leaders (Product, Marketing, Operations, Clinical) to align technology initiatives with business objectives.
Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and digital health trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and growth.
Budget Management: Manage technology budgets, resources, and vendor relationships efficiently.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, or similar leadership role in a tech-driven company, ideally in healthcare or wellness.
Strong background in software development, cloud architecture, and data security.
Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies, including building and deploying machine learning models and working with data science teams.
Experience with digital health technologies, telemedicine, EHR systems, and health data integration is a plus.
Deep understanding of regulatory requirements like HIPAA and data privacy standards.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
Ability to balance hands-on technical expertise with high-level strategy and vision.
