Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer located in Bentonville, AR, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Chief Technology Officer will lead all aspects of our technology strategy, software development, and product architecture. They will oversee project management and product development, ensuring that technology initiatives align with business goals. The CTO will be responsible for developing IT strategies, leading the tech team, and driving innovation within the organization.
