Position: Microsoft 365 System Analyst
Location: Lansing, MI (hybrid)
Duration: 4-month contract (potential for long term)
Compensation: $45-52/hr.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of professional experience in a same or very similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in a realted field
- Experience monitoring Microsoft 365 products within the Governement Community Cloud (GCC) o (Not Commercial M365 products, needs to be GCC experience)
o M365, configuration and administration of M365 in GCC
o Teams, Copilots, Forms, Outlook, Sharepoint, OneDrive, etc.)
- Experience analyzing impact of product updates to M365 environment in GCC
- Experience reviewing product configuration options and recommend setting that are in alignment with the companies standards
- Experience preparing and writing technical documentation that is used to communicate recommendations to decision makers or to serve as job aids
- Experience communicating with stakeholders in written and verbal formats
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Masters degree in a related field - Microsoft certifications (M365 ideally)
Job Description
An Insight Global customer in the government sector is hiring for a Microsoft 365 Systems Analyst. This is contract role to join a team and help them bolster their teams ability to keep up with managing, analyzing, and providing technical writing and communication of said changes. The ideal candidate will be familiar with the variety of changes that occur on a regular basis in the Microsoft 365 Suite. This is a hybrid role onsite Mondays and Tuesday onsite in Lansing, MI.
