Description
Robert Half is seeking an experienced IT Administrator to join our team in New Orleans, Louisiana. The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration and handling various technologies such as Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell. This position offers an exciting opportunity for those who have a keen interest in computer hardware and technologies.
Responsibilities
- Office 365 support and administration experience, in addition to VMWare and physical server support the Administer will manage various technologies including but not limited to Cisco, Citrix, Cloud, and Dell. In addition to coaxial, CAT networking experience.
- Implement and manage backup technologies to ensure data security.
- Perform cluster analysis to monitor and manage computer hardware.
- Resolve any issues related to the technologies handled.
- Ensure efficient processing and response to customer inquiries.
- Accurately maintain customer credit records.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate actions as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in technologies and implement them as required.
Requirements
- Proficiency in Citrix Technologies is a necessity for this role.
- Demonstrable skills in Cloud Technologies are required.
- Experience with Dell Technologies is essential.
- Expertise in Backup Technologies is critical.
- Strong knowledge in Cluster Analysis is expected.
- Proficiency in Computer Hardware is a key requirement.
