What You'll Do:
- Architect, design, and guide the implementation of enterprise-scale DevSecOps solutions for federal clients.
- Serve as a senior technical advisor, collaborating with clients, program managers, and engineering teams.
- Help shape our enterprise DevSecOps best practices and standards in a new horizontal practice.
- Mentor architects and engineers, fostering a culture of security, automation, and innovation.
- Contribute solutioning and proposal efforts to drive business growth.

Who We're Looking For:
- Deep expertise in DevSecOps principles, practices, and culture (CI/CD, IaC, Automated Security Testing, Observability, etc.).
- Demonstrated experience architecting secure cloud solutions (AWS, Azure Gov, GCP).
- Strong understanding of federal security frameworks (NIST, FedRAMP, etc.) - GovCon experience preferred.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills – ability to advise senior clients, mentor technical teams, and lead a team of architects.
