Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Framingham, MA
Duration: 12 months Contract
Work Type: Remote
Pay Range: $44.31 - $53.33/Hr

Description:

Assist with application deployments and onboarding
Maintain functional knowledge of Logistics processes and platforms
Facilitate post-change validations to ensure desired outcomes were achieved
Compile & present the benefits of system patches/upgrades. Manage testing (with IT engagement)
Field incoming requests or problem tickets from end-users to resolve application issues
Facilitate continuous improvement efforts with business partners and IT, improving functionality and efficiency
Communicate updates and escalations to stakeholders
Coordinate across Logistics, IT, and application providers in support of issue resolution

Systems experience:

Using a client's custom system
Any trade compliance system (ex: Datecart) experience is a plus

Preferences:

Logistics experience
Retail experience
Longer stints on a resume is a preference

Top skills:

Hands-on system experience, issue logging and tracking, and communicating with stakeholders
System testing experience
Trade compliance experience (plus)
