We’re looking for a Tech Team Lead to help guide our growing engineering team while still contributing hands-on to product development. You’ll have a major voice in architectural decisions, collaborate closely with product and data science, and help build the technical foundation for a platform that’s already making an impact.

âś… What you will Bring :
- 7+ years of software development experience
- 3+ years leading engineering teams
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Java
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Familiarity with microservices architecture
- Comfortable with Agile and DevOps practices
- Bonus: Experience in healthtech, HIPAA/HL7 standards, or AI/ML
