Onsite IT Technician | $50,000–$60,000 + Full Benefits | North Dallas | MSP
Are you the go-to person when tech breaks? Do you love solving IT puzzles on-site, keeping things organized, and being that calm, reliable presence when things go sideways?
We’re looking for a hands-on IT Technician who lives in North Dallas, ideally within 20–25 miles of our office, to join a top-performing MSP team. This is a client-facing, 100% onsite role — not remote. When you’re not helping clients directly, you’ll be based out of the Dallas office with a close-knit crew of sharp engineers who take pride in delivering amazing support and clean work.
About the role:
You’ll handle a mix of desktop support, hardware installs, light networking, documentation, and client visits. If you like variety and thrive in fast-moving environments, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be trusted to work independently, follow process, and represent the team well when you’re out in the field.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of IT support experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktops/laptops (Dell and Lenovo)
- Solid documentation habits and attention to detail
- Valid Texas driver’s license and reliable vehicle with trunk space
- Bonus if you’ve worked with tools like Autotask, ConnectWise, IT Glue, or DUO
- Comfort lifting 30 lbs and doing basic racking/cabling
