Position Overview

We are seeking an exceptional Multimodal AI Specialist to join our team to help push the boundaries in construction document analysis. This role is responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of our cutting-edge AI-powered pre-construction estimating product. As a Multimodal AI Expert, you will extract, analyze, and interpret critical information from construction documentation to define and improve our AI-powered pre-construction estimating product. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building scalable software that deliver exceptional value to clients in the construction technology space.

Key Responsibilities

Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge multimodal AI solutions to extract, analyze, and interpret critical information from construction documentation.

Collaborate closely with Product Manager and cross-functional team members to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver impactful AI-powered products.

Stay ahead of the curve by researching and experimenting with the latest advancements in multimodal AI, machine learning, and computer vision.

Design and test experimental models, evaluate new architectures and tools, and recommend strategies to incorporate the latest advancements into production-ready systems.

Your Expertise

3-5 years of hands-on experience with Python and machine learning.

Proven ability to develop and deploy real-world multimodal AI and computer vision applications.

Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing.

Deep understanding of inner workings of large language models and experience with agentic systems.

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
