About the Role:
Primary Services seeks a highly skilled and discreet Senior Fraud Investigator to join our client's Ethics & Compliance team. In this role, you will lead and execute complex investigations into potential violations of our Code of Conduct, internal policies, and applicable laws. These investigations may involve fraud, bribery, corruption, harassment, conflicts of interest, and more, spanning employees, contractors, vendors, and third parties globally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end internal investigations with precision and confidentiality.
- Define the scope and methodology of investigations, including drafting Terms of Reference and managing cases in the Global Helpline system (Navex).
- Collect, preserve, and analyze digital and physical evidence to court-admissible standards.
- Review Electronically Stored Information using forensic tools.
- Conduct interviews with witnesses and subjects professionally and sensitively.
- Prepare comprehensive investigative reports, potentially for civil or criminal proceedings.
- Manage whistleblower interactions and uphold strict confidentiality.
- Conduct stakeholder close-out calls to communicate outcomes and learnings.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Minimum of 10 years of investigative experience in corporate settings, law enforcement (financial crimes or fraud), or as a forensic accountant.
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Accounting, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Demonstrated international investigation experience is a strong advantage.
- Expertise in digital forensics, data interrogation techniques, and ESI review tools.
- Proven ability to analyze complex issues, synthesize large datasets, and distill key insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including report writing and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to operate independently with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity.
- Bonus experience in Legal, Procurement, Finance, IT, or Project Management within a large organization.
- Multilingual capabilities a plus; fluency in English required.
