Seeking a skilled Program Analyst (Senior) to support chipset program teams by coordinating hardware logistics, program schedules, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will combine strong planning and critical thinking skills with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate hardware logistics and track program progress for large, complex engineering projects.
- Support program managers with timeline updates, risk management, and resource allocation.
- Organize and document review board meetings, action items, and stakeholder feedback.
- Monitor project budgets, flag potential issues, and provide data-driven insights to project leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure hardware demands and schedules are met.
- Analyze program metrics and prepare clear reports for stakeholders.
- Identify process improvements and support continuous optimization efforts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of experience in an engineering development environment.
- Strong planning, scheduling, and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills — able to present to diverse teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Associate’s degree or higher (Bachelor’s in a technical or engineering field preferred).
- Background working with semiconductor chip development and/or software development is a plus.
