WHAT YOU WILL LEAD/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Technology Strategy & Execution
- Craft and implement a bold, business-aligned IT strategy that empowers every function. Leverage AI, automation, and digital platforms to enhance productivity, insight, and competitive advantage.
- AI & Data Innovation
- Champion AI adoption and build a data-centric culture. Your work will directly improve decisions, processes, and services—turning insight into action across the organization.
- Member Experience Transformation
- Reimagine how our members engage with us through digital tools. Lead development of intuitive, personalized platforms that increase satisfaction, loyalty, and reach.
- Organizational Enablement
- Drive change, enable growth, and build cross-functional bridges. Inspire a workforce that sees technology not as a support function, but as a strategic accelerator.
- Security, Risk, and Governance
- Protect our infrastructure and reputation. Ensure we operate securely, ethically, and in compliance with all relevant standards, while enabling innovation and flexibility.
- Resource & Performance Optimization
- Oversee IT investments, budgets, and vendor relationships with an eye toward impact and efficiency. Demonstrate measurable value in every initiative.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master’s degree or certifications (e.g., CISSP, PMP, ITIL) preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior IT leadership role (10+ years), with a track record of successfully implementing technology strategies that align with business objectives.
- Experience working within an association or non-profit environment is a plus.
- A track record of visionary technology leadership and AI adoption in complex organizations.
- Strong business acumen and executive presence—you understand operations, not just systems.
- Experience guiding digital transformation and cultural change.
- Deep knowledge of infrastructure, data governance, and cybersecurity.
- Collaborative mindset and communication savvy to lead cross-department solutions.
- A passion for turning tech into impact—internally and for those we serve.
- Travel 10 – 20%.

The pay range for this position is $250K - $300K. IPC considers education, experience, internal equity, and other qualifying criteria to determine starting payrates. In addition to compensation benefits, IPC offers a variety of health and welfare benefits, based on eligibility, including job status/hours worked each week.
