Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions
Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications
Maintain comprehensive and accurate customer credit records
Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action
Utilize your proficiency in cloud technologies for various tasks
Work with Dell technologies and Microsoft Windows
Use your knowledge of firewall technologies for network security
Manage Active Directory and Azure Active Directory
Utilize your expertise in backup technologies for data protection
Apply your understanding of computer hardware for system maintenance
Work with Microsoft 365 Enterprise for various administrative tasks
Use your experience with VMware for virtualization tasks
Troubleshoot network issues using your basic network troubleshooting skills.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years experience in a Systems Administrator role or similar
Proficient in Firewall Technologies
Proficient in Active Directory
Proficient in Backup Technologies
Proficient in Computer Hardware
Proficient in VMware
Proficient in Office 365
Proficient in Azure Active Directory
Proficient in Basic Network Troubleshooting
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field preferred
Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Willingness to stay updated on the latest technological advancements and trends
Certification in Cisco, or other relevant technologies is a plus.
