Shook, Hardy & Bacon L.L.P. is seeking an Enterprise Applications Administrator to support our firm's enterprise applications. This hybrid role requires onsite work at least two days a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Key responsibilities include:
- Manage Cloud and Desktop Applications: Oversee deployment, configuration, and maintenance of cloud and desktop applications. This includes NetDocuments, records management system, ITSM solution, legal specific applications, among other applications.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor and improve application performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues. Including daily performance monitoring and proactive correction of problems before they occur.
- Application Upgrades: Perform upgrades and ensure software is tuned to specifications.
- Testing and Deployment: Assist in testing and deploying new features.
- Patch Testing: Test patches for security and functionality.
- Documentation: Maintain application configurations and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on technology advancements and recommend improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams. Demonstrating clear and professional communication.
- Vendor Interaction: Work with vendors and consultants to identify technology advancements.
- Client Support: Assist clients with questions and requests. Determining most critical needs to prioritize.
- Training and Development: Attend training sessions; traveling as necessary.
- Disaster Recovery: Participate in the firm's disaster recovery program.
- After-Hours Support: Provide after-hours support on a rotating schedule and occasionally work shifts outside of 8:30 – 5 pm office hours
- Issue Reporting: Keep supervisors informed of issues and seek advice as needed.
- **Please note, this is NOT a Computer Operations, Network, nor Infrastructure role. The qualified candidate will have prior experience as an Applications Administrator.**

You'll stand out with experience as an Applications Administrator. Preferably with Cloud admin experience and in a Microsoft environment.
