Location: Officially headquartered in the metro NY/NJ area, the Halo Team works remotely across the U.S. and worldwide. This is a REMOTE position.

Position Summary:
As a System Administrator with a passion for helping others and adept at troubleshooting complex technical issues. You identify and reverse engineer issues to find a resolution. You enjoy cutting edge technology and learning applications to share with your team. You have a depth of knowledge across all areas of information technology and apply this towards developing a resolution for any problem brought your way. You see technology as a constant challenge looking for improvement to process and security. At Halo, you will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and security of our infrastructure for a cloud and remote evolving environment. In this role, you will have ownership and collaborate on items ranging from service desk ticket management to network design and security. You will have information technology ownership for all areas of the company always with an eye for improvement around security and data management. You will collaborate and lead on security training to make sure that all areas of the company understand and follow guidelines that secure our environment. You will interact with internal teams on technical requirements for infrastructure support, deployment, security, and vulnerability reporting.
Qualifications:
- BA Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
- Prior experience working in an e-commerce retail company
- Build and maintain MacBook Pro, Windows, Windows and Linux server endpoints
- Build and maintain an AWS and Azure cloud environment
- Experience with Mobile device management via cloud management software
- Deploy and maintain endpoint management solutions
- Provision and maintain applications and services, including Google Workspace, Slack, Gladly, Coro Cybersecurity, VPN, and SSO
- Assist with review of existing and new services
- Understanding of Sarbanes Oxley, ISO 27001, CCPA, and GDPR
- Solid technical troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; must be a team player
- Personal attributes include being adaptive, resourceful, self-motivated, curious, independent, and thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
- Ability to master new technical skills and adapt to changing architecture quickly
- Familiarity with secure access service edge (SASE)
- Bonus points for knowledge of NetSuite ERP and TrueCommerce – EDI
