Who you are
You are a highly-skilled and experienced Systems Administrator who will ensure the scalability, performance, and reliability of our day-to-day technical operations, including hardware, integration, troubleshooting, monitoring, and overall reliability. This role combines software engineering, systems administration, and operations to create resilient, scalable, and self-healing systems. What you will be doing
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond to production incidents, providing timely resolution and communication.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders, and MSP, on wide variety of IT initiatives and infrastructure management projects, including the deployment of new technologies, automation, workflows, tools, and systems.
- Manage all systems security and access across our internal infrastructure, 3rd party systems, and identity management, etc.
- Implement and maintain backend infrastructure of CareStations and services to ensure high availability and performance.
- Integrate and support various hardware devices used in CareStations and HomeStations.
- Minimize emergency response times and ensure quick resolution of incidents.
- Conduct root cause analysis of incidents and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Partner with internal teams, external customers, and local resources at designated CareStation locations to ensure seamless operation and support.
- Perform such other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Tech Operations at their discretion from time to time.
Requirements
- A higher education degree with 3 years of professional experience, OR a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience without a higher education degree
- Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office 365, networking, IoT, device drivers, and PowerShell
- Professional working knowledge of Microsoft Azure (or Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services)
- Comfort with conference room systems (e.g.: Logitech, Cisco)
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a forward-thinking mindset.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment with often-changing priorities.
- Knowledge of the healthcare industry a plus.
NOTE: This position has been designated as one that must be available to work on-site at our White Plains office up to five (5) days per week as needed.

The base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $95,000, commensurate with the candidate's experience, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.
