Job Title: Technical Architect
Location: Los Angeles, CA (Onsite - 5 Days a Week)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Technical Architect with expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and DevSecOps. The ideal candidate will drive the product roadmap, gather requirements, and lead strategic architecture and infrastructure vision. You will deliver solutions that address complex technical challenges while communicating technical solutions to leadership in both technical and business terms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Design & Development:
- Develop high-level solution designs for applications and systems, focusing on Frontend and Java Microservices.
- Lead design reviews and create comprehensive technical documentation.
- Estimate solution alternatives and recommend options to stakeholders.
- Systems Integration & Technical Leadership:
- Plan and conduct analysis of business processes, requirements, and workflows.
- Act as a liaison between business clients and technical staff, ensuring clear communication.
- Lead the development and integration of solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Enterprise Architecture & Strategy:
- Participate in Enterprise Architecture initiatives, aligning solutions with corporate goals.
- Evaluate existing applications for reuse and enterprise-wide sharing.
- Drive integrated systems planning and recommend emerging technologies.
- Risk Management & Solution Delivery:
- Analyze complex client needs and propose innovative IT solutions.
- Identify and mitigate project risks, providing transparent risk assessments.
- Lead cross-divisional task forces for functional requirements gathering.
- Hands-On Development:
- Design and develop Front-end, Back-end, and Integration frameworks and features.
- Ensure solutions are scalable, efficient, and secure.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in software development and architecture.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Angular, and DevSecOps.
- Experience with enterprise-level integration and complex software architecture.
- Proven ability to create technical documentation, solution designs, and architecture roadmaps.
- Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to collaborate across teams.
- Experience in Enterprise Architecture frameworks (e.g., TOGAF) is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools.
- Knowledge of API management, security, and best practices.
- Experience in Agile and DevOps methodologies.
- Certifications such as AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, TOGAF, or PMP are a plus.
