Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on Windows 7,8,10,2008,2012,2016, 2019, 2022 server platforms
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on VM ware, Nutanix platforms
- Experience on Troubleshooting Active Directory AD issues
- Excellent scripting skills (Example: shell scripts, PowerShell, Javascript)
- Ability to support the automation environment including troubleshooting vRA and vRO issue
- Develop and document automated workflows
- Experience with Service now APIs
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and represent Wintel Tower
- Provide Root cause analysis for Windows platform related issues
- Subject matter Expert of Windows , Active directory, Tech Specs, Patching, P2V, cybersecurity risks
- Design and implement technical solutions of platform and application set up
- Administer and maintain Windows server infrastructure, Provide High availability(HA) , Disaster recover (DR)
- Manage and configure VMware virtualization environments, including vSphere, ESXi hosts, and virtual machines (VMs)
- Design and implement backup and recovery strategies for Windows based systems
Salary Range: $85,000-$120,000 a year
