What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a Lead DevOps Engineer with a deep understanding of CI/CD and a strong analytical mindset—someone who can not only troubleshoot complex pipeline issues but also drive large-scale transformations.
Top priority: Candidates with hands-on experience migrating legacy Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions will stand out.
This is a strategic, high-impact role working on modernizing our client’s CI/CD infrastructure and DevSecOps practices.

Key ResponsibilitiesCI/CD Modernization & DevOps Leadership
- Spearhead the migration of Jenkins pipelines to GitHub Actions.
- Architect scalable CI/CD workflows and implement automation best practices.
- Embed security checks into pipelines (SAST, DAST, SCA).
- Define artifact and release management strategies using tools like JFrog Artifactory.
- Drive operational excellence by implementing monitoring, alerting, and pipeline health dashboards.
- Act as a go-to DevOps expert and collaborate with engineering teams to elevate their delivery practices.
Infrastructure & IaC
- Manage and optimize CI/CD infrastructure and tooling.
- Automate provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, or similar IaC tools.
- Ensure platform reliability, scalability, and performance.
Mentorship & Strategy
- Mentor junior engineers and help establish a DevOps Center of Excellence.
- Continuously assess and adopt new tools and practices that align with industry trends.

What You Bring- Proven experience migrating Jenkins to GitHub Actions—you’ve done it, learned from it, and can troubleshoot it.
- Strong scripting skills: YAML, Python, Bash, Groovy.
- Deep knowledge of CI/CD tools and best practices.
- Experience with REST APIs and toolchain integrations.
- Containerization: Docker, Kubernetes.
- Security-first mindset with experience in vulnerability scanning and secrets management.
- Strategic thinking + roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.

- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Infrastructure-as-Code with Terraform, Ansible.
- Observability tools: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK.
- SQL/NoSQL DB experience.
