The US Oncology Network is looking for a
Remote System Administrator I to join our team at
Texas Oncology!This position will support
all Texas Oncology locations and may require up to 10% travel.

What does the Systems Administrator position do?
Under general supervision, implements, maintains, and resolves problems with the company's applications as assigned. Masters the company's suite of information technologies to enhance processes and communications and develops close relationships with users and leadership to ensure consistent customer service. Applies information technologies in the timely design, implementation and installation of high quality business solutions for the company. Supports and adheres to the US Oncology Compliance Program, including the Code of Ethics and Business Standards
Responsibilities
The essential duties and responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing and maintaining business solutions assigned applications as well as troubleshoot and resolve related problems.
- Serve as level I and level II support for assigned applications, ensuring business processes are effectively and efficiently supported using creative problem solving.
- Achieve a high level of customer service and communication with employees, business leaders, and partners.
- Assist in managing security compliance with company standards and HIPAA compliance, to include periodic audits.
- Create and lead training for end users, to include job aids, videos, virtual/in person training, etc.
- Identify and recommend improvement opportunities for current and future business processes built within the application.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have the following background and experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 1-3 years of Microsoft SharePoint admin experience.
- A working knowledge of the Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Strong critical thinking and c ommunication s kills
Preferred:
- A minimum of one (1) year Microsoft SharePoint Online administrator experience.
- A minimum of one (1) year direct Power Platform experience, specifically with Power Apps and Power Automate.
- Website design
- Virtual Training and Instructional Tool experience
- Applicable Microsoft certification
- Clinical knowledge/Healthcare experience
