What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a sharp, forward-thinking Head of Technology or Technical Co-Founder to help lead and execute our technology roadmap. This is a hands-on role for someone who’s excited about building real products—from mobile/web apps to smart devices—and scaling them in the clean energy and infrastructure space.
Key Responsibilities
Help define and build the tech stack for ELEKproTEK’s platforms (web app, mobile app, dashboard, IoT device integration)
Lead the development of smart panel and EV charger integrations (Wi-Fi, IoT, mobile app sync, etc.)
Manage or collaborate with freelance developers, interns, or contractors as needed
Translate technical ideas into prototypes and MVPs for early customer feedback
Align with the founder and core team on long-term tech vision and business strategy
Research and recommend tech solutions, standards, and best practices
Ensure scalability, performance, and data security in future products
Ideal Background
Strong coding background (full stack, embedded systems, or IoT preferred)
Startup mindset with experience building MVPs or launching projects from scratch
Passion for clean energy, infrastructure, or systems integration
Experience with APIs, mobile apps, and connected devices
Bonus: Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA, or automation platforms

Qualifications
- Expertise in Software Development and Product Development
- Experience in Project Management and IT Strategy
- Strong knowledge of Architecture principles in technology
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model, both remotely and onsite
- Relevant industry experience in electrical, technical, or automation services is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
