About the Role:
Looking for a
System Administrator to oversee and support our IT infrastructure. This includes managing hardware, software, and network systems across Windows, Linux, and cloud environments. You'll play a key role in keeping our internal systems secure, up-to-date, and running efficiently.
This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and supporting a variety of tech needs across teams.
What You'll Do:- Install, configure, and maintain servers, devices, and user workstations
- Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra (identity management)
- Manage firewalls (SonicWall), backups (Carbonite), and cloud systems
- Monitor system performance and handle daily server checks
- Troubleshoot technical issues and respond to outages promptly
- Import data from SFTP and other sources into internal systems
- Support integration work and light programming in PHP
- Work with structured data formats: XML, CSV, HL7, pipe-delimited
What We're Looking For:- 3+ years of experience in system or network administration
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Linux, and Microsoft Entra
- Experience with Microsoft 365, PHP, and SFTP transfers
- Solid troubleshooting and communication skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Bonus: Familiarity with Bootstrap and jQuery
