This position reports to
Business Chief Financial Officer
Your role and responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team or department, overseeing the development, implementation, and execution of projects within your area of responsibility. You will be accountable for delivering solutions and enhancements, creating technology roadmaps that align organizational plans with emerging technologies. Additionally, you will showcase your expertise by ensuring efficient service capabilities.
The work model for this role is hybrid for those based in Cary, NC, while remote work is available for all other locations.
This role reports directly to the Division Chief Financial Officer.
You will be accountable for:
- Strategy and Leadership: Sets, develops, and leads strategy, objectives, and targets in alignment with division strategy. Drives end-to-end service provision and consults with senior management.
- Collaboration and Accountability: Collaborates with Business area IS function, division business team, and 3rd Party IS Suppliers. Accountable for delivering business processes/projects for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
- IS Solution Delivery: Ensures delivery of IS solutions/services within budget and time schedule. Manages interfaces between IS teams and ensures adherence to SLAs.
- Project Leadership: Leads significant projects, solves critical functional problems, prepares annual budgets, and monitors function-related costs across countries.
- Organizational Structure: Defines organizational structure to support division strategy, drives behavioral change, and facilitates sharing of best practices for consistent support.
- Stakeholder Management: Increases satisfaction with IS services, manages relationships with senior stakeholders, and aligns IS operations with division goals.
- Team Development: Organizes, staffs, and directs the area of responsibility. Guides, motivates, and develops subordinates within HR policies, demonstrating strong leadership.
- Safety and Integrity: Ensures employees understand and act according to safety and integrity standards. Provides risk management advice to senior management.
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor’s degree and 15+ years of professional experience gained, ideally, in a global, cross-cultural and cross-functional work environment.
- Outstanding leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent Project Management skills and demonstrated experience in managing activities within a complex environment and with a matrix organization.
- Proven organizational and planning skills with attention to accuracy and detail, high degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently in a fast-changing industry.

While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is
expected to pay between $205,500 and $342,500 annually and is eligible for a short-term and long term incentive plans/annual bonus.
