IAM Manager - Solutions Architect/ Security Architect

Job Description:
The Identity and Access Management Sr. Manager position is a critical leadership role responsible for planning, deploying, integrating and supporting day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will develop and lead a team of Access Control professionals to ensure user identities, accounts, credentials, and system access are centrally maintained, managed and audited throughout the identity and access lifecycle to ensure the safety and security of our users.
DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Build out and mature the IAM function and its related activities including planning, testing, reporting and delivering IAM services.
- Plan, architect, and implement a central Identity and Access Management systems to automate birthright access for critical applications.
- Manage and oversee / monitor daily services, incidents, and service delivery, ensure issues are escalated and addressed, ensure processes are followed and evolve overtime, as necessary.
- Manage IAM services including SSO, federation, MFA, provisioning, access certification, role-based access control (RBAC) and separation of duties (SOD).
- Participate in the architecture and design of identity solutions for the enterprise including partnering with the business and technical teams to influence decision making, processes and technical requirements.
- Manage Identity functions and resources for: AS400, AD, SAP, Cloud solutions, O365, etc.
- Support Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC), IT and Information Security efforts and initiatives.
- Manage and improve identity documentation as required.
- Ensure IAM solutions are meeting security and business objectives and outcomes by establishing metrics that lead to actions for improvement’
- Service as a Subject Matter Expert in all areas of Privileged Access Management and Identity and Access Management and regularly advise business leaders on IAM issues and challenges.
- Continuously improve and innovate our IAM capabilities to drive value, enhance our employee experience and secure our digital assets.
- Performs all duties inherent in the role of MSC Manager as defined by the MSC Code of Conduct including hiring, termination, review, and development of associates.
- Fosters the MSC Culture in the department and throughout the company to ensure fulfillment of MSC’s vision and unity of purpose.
Participation in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 5+ years of experience leading IAM teams with a proven track record for success
- Minimum of 7 years in Identity and Access Management.
- Experience integrating new technologies with existing technologies
- 7+ years with technologies related to Multi-Factor Authentication, O365, Active Directory and AS400, and SAP.
- SME in IAM tools, policies, procedures.
- Proven relationship management experience with external vendors.
Proven ability applying technology solutions to business problems.
