Role: Systems Administrator
Pay: W2 only
Location: Remote (Must be CO Resident)

Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of IT experience, including 3+ years as a Windows/Linux Systems Administrator.
- Experience in enterprise environments (100+ servers) preferred.
- Degree in IT or related field.
- Knowledge of IT controls, security compliance (NIST, CIS, HIPAA, PCI).
- Microsoft MCSE certification.
- Experience with server administration, networking, SQL, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
- Proficiency in PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting.
- Familiarity with system hardening, group policy, and security best practices.
- Hands-on experience with network technologies (Microsoft, Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto, VMware).
Preferred:
- Experience with syslog, Puppet, Splunk, Google Apps, CrowdStrike, Tenable, or Tanium.
- ITIL, Security+, CISSP, CISA, CISM, or GIAC certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Security Patching & Updates (80%): Monitor, deploy, and maintain security patches and application updates. Respond to security incidents and ensure compliance with policies.
- IT & Customer Support (10%): Track assets, manage tickets, and assist in hardware/software troubleshooting.
- Project & Organizational Tasks (5%): Participate in IT projects, training, and team knowledge sharing.
- Other Duties (5%): Assist with decommissioning servers and other IT-related tasks.
