Experience Required

- Support Expertise: Proven experience in handling support requests, incident management, and network maintenance in both on-premises and cloud environments.
- Additional Skills: Proficiency in Azure Networking will be a significant advantage, complementing Fortinet expertise.
Roles & Responsibilities
- seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in Fortinet Networking & Firewall Security and Azure Networking to join our IT support team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer networks and firewall security, handling incidents and service requests, and providing support for daily tasks and additional projects. This includes ensuring stability, security, and efficiency of the network infrastructure.
- This role is critical in maintaining the seamless operation of both on-premises and cloud environments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
Preferred Skills: While Fortinet expertise is a core requirement, proficiency in Azure Networking will be an added advantage.

Salary Range: $120,000-$130,000 a year
