Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will be responsible for leading software development, overseeing project management, defining the IT strategy, designing the technology architecture, and driving product development.
We will be providing ICO services to many publicly traded companies and Broker Dealers. You will need to buid a Team so, call all your Nerd Coding Friends.
Daily tasks will include managing the technology team, ensuring the alignment of the technology strategy with business goals, and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
Qualifications
- Software Development and Product Development skills
- Experience in Project Management and defining IT Strategy
- Knowledge of technology Architecture and system design
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Experience in AI and financial technology is a plus
