We are an Atlanta-based development and property management firm seeking a Senior Systems Administrator to lead our IT infrastructure and support operations. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on, small-team environment and is passionate about driving innovation and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage IT systems, applications, and virtual infrastructure.
- Lead and support the IT team, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues.
- Facilitate the transition from Arctic Wolf to CrowdStrike for endpoint security.
- Administer patch management processes and solutions.
- Implement and manage mobile device management (MDM) using Intune.
- Develop and enforce security policies to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
- Optimize and administer IT tools such as Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and patch management solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership on IT strategy, planning, and continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
- Expertise in remote management, networking, and virtual infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Intune, Zscaler, CrowdStrike, and patch management tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, leadership abilities, and excellent communication.
- Ability to balance technical and administrative tasks in a small-team environment.
- Must pass background, drug, and credit checks.

- Our office is located in the Vinings/West Paces Ferry area. This role requires working from the office four days a week.
