Chief Innovation Officer (CIO)
Location: Corporate Headquarters (with travel to properties as needed)
Reports To: CEO / President, with indirect accountability to executive leadership teams.
Position Summary
The Chief Innovation Officer will lead the development and execution of technology, AI, and digital transformation initiatives across client’s ecosystem. This includes optimizing hotel operations, property management, and corporate investment platforms. The CIO will drive growth, enhance guest experiences, and integrate client’s custom technology platform, to improve data governance, operational insights, and capital efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Innovation: Define and implement a tech and AI roadmap to support client’s strategic goals. Foster a culture of innovation across all functions.
- AI & Technology Transformation: Oversee all AI-driven processes for hotel operations, enhance Domino’s capabilities, and integrate emerging technologies.
- Operational Excellence: Partner with teams to scale innovations that improve efficiency and reduce costs. Implement change management practices for new technology rollouts.
- Data & Analytics: Establish a unified data framework for AI insights, drive data-informed decisions, and ensure data security.
- Collaboration: Align technology development across departments, report progress to leadership, and represent Our Client at industry events.
- Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and develop high-caliber talent in AI, analytics, and digital innovation.
Qualifications
- 8+ years in senior leadership roles with a focus on technology, product innovation, or digital transformation.
- Strong background in enterprise software, data analytics, and digital transformation; hospitality or real estate experience preferred.
- Proven track record in managing change and driving performance improvements.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to inspire and lead teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; MBA or Master’s preferred.
