Job Description:
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or equivalent experience.
- Proficient in IT administration including but not limited to system security, IT systems, networks, and related technologies.
- Hybrid environment experience with prem, AzureAD, Microsoft 365, Entra, Intune, Autopilot, Teams, SharePoint and Power Apps, Automate, and BI.
- Microsoft Azure or 365 Certifications, preferred.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:
- Monitor and maintain networks and servers for multiple sites.
- Systems: Microsoft 365, SAP, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Windows Server.
- Upgrade, install, and configure new hardware and software to meet company objectives.
- Support network infrastructure configuration of firewalls, routers, switches, VLANs, wireless networks, VPN, security and telecom.
- Implement security protocols and procedures to prevent potential threats.
- Managing user accounts and perform access control.
- Complete diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems.
- Document processes, as well as back up and archive data.
- Develop data backup and recovery procedures.
- Maintain inventory of licenses, hardware and software.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, as well as provide IT support.
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives as required.
- Complete and attend continuing education to keep up to date with advancements and best practices in IT administration.
