Job Title: Systems Administrator
Location: Hollywood, FL (Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

Job Summary:
The Systems Administrator will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing IT environments with a strong emphasis on Active Directory, Office 365, and cloud-based services. This role is part of the IT Infrastructure Team and works closely with Network Engineers, Database Administrators, Help Desk Technicians, and Security Engineers. The position requires a proactive and independent professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and troubleshoot Office 365, including Exchange Online, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams.
- Manage spam filtering and email security through Proofpoint (or similar tools).
- Maintain and troubleshoot Active Directory, including Group Policy (GPOs), user provisioning, and deprovisioning.
- Support AWS cloud services, including S3 and Route 53.
- Assist with ERP system compliance and infrastructure migration projects.
- Perform system monitoring, resolve performance issues, and ensure security compliance.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Office 365 administration (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint).
- 4+ years of experience managing Active Directory, including GPOs and user access control.
- 4+ years of experience in cloud service administration (AWS or Azure).
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to problem-solve independently.
- Experience working in a fast-paced IT environment, supporting system build-outs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Proofpoint or similar email security tools.
- Exposure to ERP systems and IT compliance.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
