Supporting over 160 networks and thousands of users, we take pride in delivering innovative and reliable IT services.
We’re looking for a Systems Engineer to provide onsite and remote support for customer technology needs. In this role, you will implement and support internal systems, cloud environments, and Microsoft-related technologies while also handling security solutions, disaster recovery, and virtualization on Azure and VMware.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for Microsoft business applications and virtual environments on Azure and VMware.
- Support Windows Server, Office 365, SharePoint, and other Microsoft-related technologies.
- Implement and manage VPNs, Microsoft Intune, and remote access solutions.
- Maintain and troubleshoot network connectivity, firewalls, routers, WAN/LAN infrastructure, and security solutions.
- Monitor systems, document internal processes, and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
- Enhance customer satisfaction through effective communication and teamwork.
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies to improve service delivery.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience working in the MSP industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience diagnosing hardware and software issues.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise, ITGlue, CyberCNS, Vijilan, and remote monitoring tools is a plus.
