A Bit About Us
Our client is a global supermarket chain with retail locations across the U.S., currently seeking a technology leader to oversee all IT and Information Systems operations. This role will lead digital transformation efforts, manage enterprise infrastructure, security, eCommerce systems, and next-gen retail technology. They're looking for someone with 15+ years of experience across POS systems, IT security, eCommerce & systems development, helpdesk operations, and IT procurement. Mandarin fluency is required, and experience in the retail or grocery retail sector is highly preferred.

Job Details
15+ years of IT/IS leadership experience, ideally in retail, with a strong focus on enterprise infrastructure, digital transformation, and multi-location operations
Bilingual in English and Mandarin preferred
Proven expertise in retail tech systems including POS, ERP, WMS, CRM, and integrating omnichannel eCommerce platforms
Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure, cybersecurity (PCI DSS, CCPA, GDPR), and regulatory compliance
Prior experience using AI is a big plus
