IT- Systems Administrator ADM
Essential Function
- Oversee the annual IT budget and ensuring cost effectiveness.
- Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems.
- Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance.
- Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software to support cost effective technology solutions.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
- Generate performance reports for operating systems.
- Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and contractual obligations.
- Monitor and manage disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
- Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
- Level 1 and Level 2 support of onsite ERP application
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Education and Experience
- Ability to communicate effectively to a diverse group of people
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Management and leadership skills
- Excellent knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure
- Background in designing/developing IT systems and planning IT implementation
- Basic experience with Microsoft Office 365 administration and VOIP systems
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- BS/BA in computer science, or equivalent work experience
Software Knowledge:
- Windows Server
- Virtualization concepts in VMware ESXI
- PowerShell, Batch Scripting experience a plus
- Microsoft SQL SSRS
- Microsoft Exchange Online, Office 365 troubleshooting experience a plus
- Infor Visual experience a plus
- Backup solution experience and support, Veeam experience preferred
- SAN Storage understanding and troubleshooting
Network Knowledge:
- Adept knowledge of Networking hardware and troubleshooting, HPE/Aruba Preferred
- Adept Knowledge of Firewall configuration and maintenance, Palo Alto Preferred

Work Requirements
- Must be a US Person due to contractual requirements.
- Work as part of a team or individual as required
- Self-motivated
- Ability to occasionally work outside of regular business hours
- Ability to travel to remote offices and stay overnight when needed
- Ability to acquire valid US Passport
